Grisms & bulk stretcher / compressor solutions
Fastlite patented Grism design is compatible with multi-mJ pulse compression, and allows independent control of 2nd, 3rd and 4th orders of dispersion.
Combined with our ultra-compact « snooker » bulk stretchers, these are ideal solutions for:
Compact, CEP-compatible bulk stretcher / high energy CPA compressor
Dispersion compensation module for Dazzler systems,
Stretcher / Compressor setup in OPCPA systems
All our solutions are tailored to fit the exact dispersion requirements of your experiment. Please contact Fastlite for more information.
GRISM is an assembly of a GRating and a prISM.
Allowing multi-mJ pulse compression, and independent control of 2nd, 3rd and 4th orders of dispersion, Fastlite patented Grism design is a major improvement from traditional Grism setups.
These Grisms can be used as:
A compact CEP-compatible high energy CPA compressor matched to a bulk stretcher,
A dispersion compensation module for Dazzler systems,
A stretcher in OPCPA systems
All our grisms solution are tailored to fit the exact dispersion requirements of your experiment. Please contact Fastlite for more information.
Bulk glass rods offer a convenient way to chirp short pulses. Bulk stretchers are compact, simple to align, rock-stable against environmental variations and exhibit high throughput and multi-octave bandwiths. However, as the dispersion of glasses is relatively low in the near-infrared, very long rods are required to stretch ultrashort pulses to a few dozens or a few hundreds of ps.Fastlite proposes an innovative design with a snooker geometry.
